Choosing a Counsellor is personal, get to know me.
I’m Tracey, my personal life experiences, a naturally caring nature and completing a Bachelor of Counselling Degree, have led me on a pathway to help and support people along their own journey.
I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as a Counsellor. I have 15 years experience as a Teacher, have worked in advocacy roles and running groups for addiction, also working with individuals with psychosocial disabilities and now in my private counselling practice.
These positions have allowed me the privilege to sit alongside people and listen to their story.
This has provided me with the understanding and insight into how important it is being heard and empowered to overcome mental health issues, emotional, physical, spiritual and relationship challenges.
In our counselling sessions, we will work together to understand the challenges you are currently facing, and work as a team towards your goals.
My Counselling Therapy
Counselling is a talk therapy. There are many benefits from openly and safely sharing and offloading your thoughts and issues with someone. I would love the chance to provide a safe and supportive counselling environment where you feel heard, respected and valued as an individual to:

- Skills for managing relationship difficulties
- Move forward if you are feeling stuck
- Coping with grief and loss
- Assistance in coping with painful thoughts and feelings
- Help with depression, anxiety and stress-related difficulties
We are all unique individuals and are the greatest experts on ourselves. No one can tell us how we are feeling or what we are thinking, but often we can get caught up in what is expected of us, or how society dictates we should be, rather than ensuring our own personal needs are met.
